How long does it take to process my order?
All items take 24-48 hrs to process at our warehouse (unless there are special notes about that in the item's description), but please note we do our best to get your order out within 24 hours.
I have a discount code. How to use it?
You will be able to add this code and have the price re-calculated during the checkout. The whole process will look that way: pick a desired product and push "add to cart" button -> go to your cart (cart icon at the top right corner) -> press "proceed to checkout" button (you will see yet the regular price here) -> you will be redirected to the "Information" page: add here your shipping address and contact details, press "continue to shipping" -> check your shipping details and press "continue to payment"-> here, on the payment page, you will see the field named "Discount". Type your code here and press "apply" button: you will see your discount added and the price at the top of the page will be changed according to the size of discount. After you will be able to choose your preffered payment method and proceed with it.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay. Secure checkout guaranteed (SSL sertificate, banking card payments powered by Stripe).
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
We offer "forever free" shipping on all orders within "Domestic zone" ( France, Monaco, Andorra). Also, sometimes we run promotions for the free shipping worldwide : keep an eye on the top bar at the home page or sign up to our newsletter to be informed about such offers via email (find the sign up form in the footer section of the website).
Can i change or cancel my order after i has been made?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do their best to accommodate your change.
What's about returns?
We offer free returns (worldwide) within 14 days after receiving the order. Just contact us at email@example.com and we will take you through the process (yes, that easy!).And, as it is stated in our "Refund Policy" (look Returns&refund in the footer section), we are legally obliged to do so (that means no risk for you).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email to the provided email address. Once your item is ready to ship, we will follow up with a shipping notification so that you may track your item.
Please note that all shipping labels take a moment to update, so if you receive a notification but your item hasn’t begun tracking, please allow some time. If the tracking does not update within 24 hours, we are always available at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist.
Can i return a sale item?

How do I know which size is good for me?
You have two ways: visit our size guide page (footer section) or just push a size guide link without leaving the product page and you will see a pop-up (this link is just above the size selection form, on each product page). You will see there the size conversion and measurements charts.
